The invention discloses novel dry-mixed masonry mortar and a preparation method thereof. The novel dry-mixed masonry mortar comprises 15-25 parts of Portland cement, 10-15 parts of blast furnace slag,10-15 parts of fly ash, 10-15 parts of artificial sand, 30-40 parts of building waste powder, 5-10 parts of a calcium increasing agent, 1-5 parts of a polyurethane adhesive, 0.5-1 part of a concreteadmixture, 0.1-0.5 part of cellulose ether, 0.1-0.5 part of a water-retaining agent and 0.5-1 part of bentonite. According to the novel dry-mixed masonry mortar and the preparation method thereof, bentonite is organic bentonite, is an inorganic mineral/organic ammonium compound, takes bentonite as a raw material, and has good thickening property, thixotropy, suspension stability, high-temperaturestability, lubricating property, film-forming property, water resistance and chemical stability; in addition, the polyurethane adhesive is an adhesive for buildings and has excellent water resistance,weather resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance, the thixotropy and the impact resistance of the dry-mixed masonry mortar can be improved by adding bentonite and the polyurethane adhesive,and the performance of concrete can be improved.
本发明公开了一种新型干混砌筑砂浆及其制备方法，包括：硅酸盐水泥15‑25份、高炉矿渣10‑15份、粉煤灰10‑15份、人工砂10‑15份、建筑垃圾粉料30‑40份、增钙剂5‑10份、聚氨酯胶粘剂1‑5份、混凝土外加剂0.5‑1份、纤维素醚0.1‑0.5份、保水剂0.1‑0.5份、膨润土0.5‑1份。本发明所述的一种新型干混砌筑砂浆及其制备方法，膨润土为有机膨润土，有机膨润土是一种无机矿物/有机铵复合物，以膨润土为原料，具有良好的增稠性、触变性、悬浮稳定性、高温稳定性、润滑性、成膜性，耐水性及化学稳定性；聚氨酯胶粘剂为建筑用胶黏剂，具有优良的耐水性、耐候性、抗冲击性和耐磨性，添加膨润土和聚氨酯胶粘剂能够提高干混砌筑砂浆的触变性和抗冲击性，可提高和改善砼的性能。
