Dry-mixed masonry mortar, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method for dry-mixed masonry mortar. The preparation method comprises: mixing Portland cement, iron tailings and quartz sand tailings to obtain a mixture M1; adding aluminate cement and fly ash into the mixture M1 to obtain a mixture M2; and adding rubber powder into the mixture M2 to obtain the dry-mixed masonry mortar. Based on 100 parts by weight of Portland cement, the usage amount of aluminate cement is 50-200 parts by weight, the usage amount of iron tailings is 50-300 parts by weight, the usage amount of quartz sand tailings is 80-300 parts by weight, the usage amount of rubber powder is 3-15 parts by weight, and the usage amount of fly ash is 20-100 parts by weight. By adding a large amount of iron tailings and quartz sand tailings and other waste materials into Portland cement and aluminate cement and adding fly ash and rubber, the prepared dry-mixed masonry mortar is substantially reduced in production cost.
