Pouring and blade coating type semi-flexible pavement and construction method
The invention discloses a pouring and blade coating type semi-flexible pavement, which is characterized in that a large-gap matrix asphalt mixture is used for paving the pavement, internal slurry is used for pouring the pavement, and mortar is blade-coated on the surface. The invention also discloses a construction method of the pavement. The construction method comprises the following steps: paving the large-gap asphalt mixture pavement on a construction road section; pouring internal slurry into the paved large-gap asphalt mixture; blade-coating mortar on the surface of the pavement; and opening traffic after pavement maintenance. According to the method, the problems of early-stage dust raising, too high dyeing cost and uneven surface structure caused by pouring single-variety slurry to the road surface in the traditional pouring type semi-flexible pavement are solved. The surface mortar and the internal slurry are bonded before initial setting to form a whole, and the surface of the mortar almost has no floating ash, so that no dust is raised after traffic is opened. If dyeing needs exist, only the surface mortar needs to be dyed, and the dyeing cost is reduced by 90% or above. The mortar does not flow and is not sensitive to the slope of the road surface, and the surface structure can be comprehensive and uniform.
