Manufacturing method of low-wine-loss unglazed wine-brewing pottery jar
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a low-alcohol-loss unglazed wine-making pottery jar, which comprises the following steps: (1) selecting materials, specifically, selecting pottery clay and ceramic particles loaded with a carbon nanotube array, wherein the melting point of the ceramic particles is not lower than 1000 DEG C; (2) preparing a mud cake; (3) preparing a blank; (4) conducting drying; (5) conducting firing, specifically, preheating the dried blank, and conducting firing at a high temperature which does not exceed the melting point of the ceramic particles to obtain afinished product; and (6) conducting pressure test detection. The ceramic particles loaded with the carbon nanotube array are added into the pottery jar raw material formula, so that the jar wall of the unglazed pottery jar generates liquid barrier property, the wine loss in the pottery jar wine brewing aging process is greatly reduced, and the oxygen permeability of the jar wall of the pottery jar is not influenced. The prepared unglazed pottery jar is a wine brewing and storing appliance which has a good wine brewing aging effect, is low in wine loss and is very durable.
本发明公开了一种低酒损无釉酿酒陶坛的制造方法,包括以下工序:(1)选料:选取陶土和负载有碳纳米管阵列的陶瓷颗粒,其中所述陶瓷颗粒的熔点不低于1000℃;(2)制成泥饼;(3)制坯工序;(4)干燥工序;(5)烧制工序:将干燥好的坯体经过预热后,高温烧制成成品,烧制温度不超过所述陶瓷颗粒的熔点;(6)试压检测。通过在陶坛原料配方中添加负载有碳纳米管阵列的陶瓷颗粒,使得无釉陶坛的坛壁产生了液体阻隔性,大大降低陶坛酿酒陈化过程中的酒类损耗,且陶坛坛壁的氧气透过性不受影响。制得的无釉陶坛是一种具有良好酿酒陈化效果、酒品损耗少、非常经久耐用的酿酒贮酒器具。
