After the manufacturing is completed, the four walls and the bottom chassis of a wine brewing pool are flat and firm; the wine brewing pool is fully filled with water; marks are made; water leakage is avoided after the water soaking for 30 days; the phenomena of cracking, peeling and jumping of the wine brewing pool do not occur in one year; the used pit sealing mud is added into the newly manufactured pit sealing mud; the growth of microorganisms of the new pit sealing mud can be promoted; the fermentation is facilitated; the manufacturing process is simple; the steps are simple; the whole flow process optimization method is used, so that the whole wine brewing pool can operate in an optimized state; the proportion of high-quality wine is improved; each main link in the wine brewing pool flow process is controlled; and the high-grade product rate of the wine is greatly improved.
