Unglazed pottery jar for wine brewing and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses an unglazed pottery jar for wine brewing and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the pottery jar comprises the following steps of: (1) material selection: selecting pottery clay and metal powder with a hydrophobic gap microstructure, wherein the melting point of the metal powder is not lower than 1000DEG C, and the weight of the metal powder is 0.01-0.1% of the weight of the pottery clay; (2) preparation of a mud cake: mixing pottery clay and metal powder in proportion to prepare the mud cake; (3) preparation of a green body; (4) drying; (5) firing: firing the dried green body into a finished product at a high temperature, wherein the firing temperature does not exceed the melting point of the metal powder; and (6) pressure test detection. Byadding the metal powder with the hydrophobic gap microstructure into the formula of the pottery jar and adjusting the sintering temperature of the pottery jar, the pottery jar which can generate liquid barrier property on the jar wall of the pottery jar without glazing the surface of the pottery jar and has no influence on oxygen permeability is manufactured, so that the wine loss in the potteryjar wine brewing aging process is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种酿酒用无釉陶坛及其制造方法。该陶坛的制造方法包括以下工序:(1)选料:选取陶土和具有疏水性空隙微观结构的金属粉末,其中金属粉末的熔点不低于1000℃,金属粉末的重量为陶土重量的0.01‑0.1%;(2)制成泥饼:将陶土和金属粉末按比例混合,制成泥饼;(3)制坯工序;(4)干燥工序:(5)烧制工序:将干燥好的坯体高温烧制成成品,烧制温度不超过金属粉末的熔点;(6)试压检测。通过在陶坛的配方中添加具有疏水性空隙微观结构的金属粉末,配合陶坛烧结温度的调整,制造了一种无需对陶坛表面施釉亦可在陶坛坛壁产生液体阻隔性、且氧气透过性不受影响的陶坛,从而大大降低陶坛酿酒陈化过程的酒类损耗。
