Manufacturing method of liquid-permeation-resistant unglazed pottery jar for wine brewing
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a liquid-permeation-resistant unglazed pottery jar for wine brewing, which comprises the following steps: (1) material selection: selecting pottery clay including nail mud and tender mud; (2) hydrophobic pretreatment on the tender mud: carrying out hydrophobic pretreatment on part of the tender mud to form a super-hydrophobic surface with a nano convex structure; (3) preparation of a mud cake: mixing the pretreated tender mud with other raw material components to prepare the mud cake; (4) a blank preparing process; 5) a drying process; (6) a firing process; and (7) pressure test detection. The part of tender mud is subjected to hydrophobic pretreatment to form a super-hydrophobic surface with nano bulges, the air permeability of the prepared unglazed pottery jar is not influenced, but the local section of an air hole channel of the pottery jar generates super-hydrophobicity, so that the permeation loss of wine in the brewing and aging process of the pottery jar is blocked, and the air hole channel still keeps the liquid storage property; therefore, the ageing effect on the wine is good, but the wine consumption is greatly reduced.
