The invention discloses a segmental assembled steel-concrete combined continuous beam and a construction method thereof. The segmental assembled steel-concrete combined continuous beam comprises a prefabricated No.0 segment, a prefabricated end segment and a prefabricated middle beam segment, the prefabricated No.0 segment and the prefabricated end segment each comprises a steel beam, a concrete slab and a shear connector, and each steel beam comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and a web plate. The top plates between the adjacent main beam sections are connected in a fastened mode through second splice plates and high-strength bolts, each second splice plate comprises a horizontal plate and a plurality of vertical plates, the horizontal plates are provided with open holes corresponding to the top plate holes, and the high-strength bolts connect the adjacent top plates into a whole through the open holes; and the vertical plates are also provided with holes, and transverse steel barsof the concrete slabs penetrate through the holes, so that the concrete slabs and the steel beams in the range of the longitudinal connecting sections are connected into a whole, the problem that large sections are difficult to transport and hoist is solved, the arrangement time of temporary piers is shortened, and the traffic interference time is shortened. Full-bolt connection among the sectionsis adopted, so that the welding quality problem possibly caused by on-site welding of a construction site is avoided.
本发明公开了一种节段拼装钢混组合连续梁及其施工方法,节段拼装钢混组合连续梁包括预制0号节段、预制端部节段及预制中梁节段,预制0号节段及预制端部节段均包括钢梁、混凝土板及剪力连接件,钢梁包括顶板、底板及腹板。相邻主梁节段间的顶板通过第二拼接板以及高强螺栓紧固连接,第二拼接板包括水平板及若干竖向板,水平板设有与顶板孔对应的开孔,高强螺栓通过该开孔将相邻顶板连成整体;竖向板亦设有开孔,开孔内穿混凝土板横向钢筋,使纵向连接段范围内的混凝土板与钢梁连成一体,解决了大节段难以运输及吊装的问题,减少了临时墩的设置时间,有利于缩短交通干扰时间。采用节段间全栓连接,避免了工地现场焊接可能造成的焊接质量问题。
