The invention discloses a segmental prefabricated assembled composite beam connected through self-locking type sleeves and a construction method. The segmental prefabricated assembled composite beam comprises a steel beam and a prefabricated bridge deck slab, and the steel beam is provided with a plurality of shearing force connecting pieces; plate bottom notches are formed in the positions, corresponding to the shearing force connecting pieces, below the prefabricated bridge deck slab; a plurality of slab bottom transverse steel bars are arranged in the slab bottom notches; connecting notches are formed in the sides, connected with each other, of every two adjacent prefabricated bridge deck slabs. Each connecting notch is provided with a plate end notch and a connecting steel bar; the connecting steel bars in each pair of connecting notches are connected through a self-locking sleeve; each prefabricated bridge deck slab and the corresponding steel beam are fixed through connecting notch cast-in-place concrete; and an exhaust hole is formed between the upper surface of each prefabricated bridge deck slab and the corresponding slab bottom notch. During construction, all the prefabricated bridge deck slabs are sequentially installed on the steel beams through the self-locking sleeves, and then concrete is cast in place at the connecting notches for fixing. According to the invention, the prefabricated assembled composite beam has more reliable connection performance, higher assembly degree and more convenient construction steps.
本发明公开了采用自锁式套筒连接的节段预制拼装组合梁及施工方法,包括钢梁和预制桥面板,钢梁上设有多道剪力连接件;预制桥面板下面对应剪力连接件均设有板底槽口;板底槽口内设置若干板底横向钢筋;两块相邻的预制桥面板相接的一侧均设有连接槽口;连接槽口均设有板端槽口以及连接钢筋;每对连接槽口内的连接钢筋均通过自锁式套筒连接;每一预制桥面板与钢梁之间均通过连接槽口现浇混凝土进行固定;每一预制桥面板的上面与相应的板底槽口之间均设有排气孔。施工时,通过自锁式套筒在钢梁上依次安装每一预制桥面板,然后在连接槽口现浇混凝土进行固定。本发明使预制拼装组合梁具有更可靠的连接性能、更高的装配化程度以及更便利的施工步骤。
