The invention discloses a silicon carbide ceramic re-sintering repair process, and the process comprises the following steps: placing a silicon carbide ceramic blank to be repaired on a workbench, clamping and fixing, cutting off a damaged part on the blank, and injecting a prepared silicon carbide ceramic slurry raw material serving as a filling material into a cut part of the silicon carbide ceramic blank in a grouting manner; filling and drying the pits at the cutting part, repeating the steps of drying and grouting until the distance between the upper end of the slurry injected at the cutting part and the end surface of the silicon carbide ceramic blank is less than 2 mm, injecting the silicon carbide ceramic slurry into the silicon carbide ceramic blank at a flow rate of less than 3 cm<3>/min, performing the final drying process again, and performing the sintering process. The repair rate is high, so the cost is saved, the product performance is stable, polishing is not needed, and the appearance is consistent with the original appearance.
