Cellulose can be dissolved in water, a dilute alkali solution and an organic solvent after etherification, has thermoplasticity and has a key effect on improvement of the performance of building dry-mixed mortar, meanwhile, an air entraining agent serves as a hydrophobic surface active agent and is added into a concrete mixture after being dissolved in water, a large number of tiny bubbles can be generated in the stirring process, the air entraining agent can improve the workability, the water-retaining property and the cohesivenessof a concrete mixture and improve the flowability of concrete, and a large number of closed and stable tiny bubble admixtures which are evenly distributed are introduced in the stirring process of theconcrete mixture. According to the invention, the problems of weaker adhesion degree and poorer manufacturing process of the existing dry mortar in actual use are solved.
本发明公开一种砂浆的生产制作工艺,纤维素经醚化后则能溶于水、稀碱溶液和有机溶剂,并具有热塑性,对建筑干混砂浆性能的改善具有关键性作用,同时引气剂作为一种憎水性表面活性剂,溶于水后加入混凝土拌合物内,在搅拌过程中能产生大量微小气泡,引气剂能改善混凝土拌合物的和易性、保水性和粘聚性,提高混凝土流动性,在混凝土拌合物的拌和过程中引入大量均匀分布的,闭合而稳定的微小气泡的外加剂。本发明解决了现有的干砂浆,在实际使用时,粘合度较弱,且制作工艺较差的问题。
