The invention relates to the field of mortar production, and discloses a mortar production line process which comprises the following preparation steps: step 1, weighing 200-400 parts of quartz sand, 150-300 parts of cement, 50-80 parts of filler, 50-120 parts of recycled aggregate, 30-70 parts of gypsum and 15-50 parts of modified epoxy resin; 2, 10-20 parts of a plasticizer, 15-30 parts of a thickening water-retaining agent, 15-40 parts of a calcium increasing agent, 10-40 parts of latex powder, 8-20 parts of a reactive diluent and 5-10 parts of an early strength agent are weighed; 3, premixing the six additives with quartz sand, carrying out primary mixing on the five main materials, and carrying out secondary mixing on the premixed materials and the five main materials to obtain mixed mortar; and 4, metering, packaging, inspecting and warehousing finished products. The mortar is prepared by means of additive premixing, primary mixing of main materials and joint secondary mixing, the mixing quality is better, the mortar quality is more stable, the recycled aggregate, the modified epoxy resin, the thickening water-retaining agent and the plasticizer are added, the toughness, impact resistance, adhesive force and corrosion resistance of the mortar are improved, and the service life of the mortar is prolonged. The production and use requirements of the mortar are better met.
