Self-insulation freeze-thaw resistant mortar
The invention discloses a self-insulation freeze-thaw resistant mortar, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-75% of an aggregate, 20-30% of a gelling material, and 5-10% of a modification additive, the ratio of the mass of the aggregate to the volume of the gelling material is 2.5-3.0: 1, the water/material ratio of the self-insulation mortar is 1.3-1.49; and themortar comprises 72% of aggregate, 25% of a gelling material, and 3% of a modification additive. The aggregate is used for preparing mortar, so that a user can conveniently use the mortar, and the aggregate comprises natural sand, vitrified micro bubbles, ash calcium and redispersible latex powder. By adding the modification additive into the inorganic thermal insulation mortar, the performance of the inorganic thermal insulation mortar can be greatly changed, a user can conveniently select a proper modification additive in winter, the freezing and thawing problem of the inorganic thermal insulation mortar is greatly reduced, the user can conveniently and reasonably construct in winter, and the construction progress is guaranteed; the problem that construction cannot be conducted due to the freezing and thawing problem of inorganic thermal insulation mortar is solved.
