Preparation method of ultra-light foamed concrete composite thermal insulation material
The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultra-light foamed concrete composite thermal insulation material. The method specifically comprises the following steps: preparing slurry; adding slurry into two storage bins of thermal insulation material processing equipment,pouring the two storage bins into a mold by corresponding discharging pipes respectively, driving a movable supporting plate by a movable motor to move, enabling the movable supporting plate to drive a scraping plate to move while moving, and scraping the poured slurry to be flat through the scraping plate; and puttingthe mold and the slurry into an aging chamber for curing to obtain the novel ultra-light foamed concrete composite thermal insulation material. According to the composite thermal insulation material,the overall density is reduced while the strength of the composite thermal insulation material is guaranteed, the composite thermal insulation material is lighter, the production cost is reduced, dispersed pouring can be conducted in a mold, slurry accumulation and workload increase caused by concentrated pouring at one point are avoided, working efficiency is high. The thermal insulation materialprocessing equipment can be matched with molds with different depths for processing, and is high in applicability.
本发明公开了一种超轻发泡混凝土复合保温材料的制备方法,该方法具体包括以下步骤:制备浆料;将浆料加入保温材料加工设备的两个储料仓中,两个储料仓分别通过对应的出料管浇注到模具中,通过移动电机带动移动托板移动,移动托板在移动的同时带动刮板移动,通过刮板将浇注的浆料刮平;将模具连同浆料放置到陈化室内养护,得到新型超轻发泡混凝土复合保温材料;该复合保温材料在保证其本身强度的同时降低了其整体密度,更加轻质化,降低了生产成本,本发明可以对模具内进行分散浇注,避免集中在一点浇注造成浆料堆积和工作量的增加,工作效率高,该保温材料加工设备可以配合不同深度的模具进行加工,适用性强。
