The invention provides a construction method of an assembled load-bearing steel structure factory building. The construction method comprises the following steps of arranging steel structure columns and steel structure supporting rib plates; welding the steel structure columns and the steel structure supporting rib plates; forming vent holes in a waterproof resin plate; arranging the waterproof resin plate to form an accommodating space; brushing gel to seal the vent holes; pouring concrete; and tearing off gel film after the concrete is solidified. In the actual implementation process, the concrete is poured to wrap connecting joints in the concrete, so that the connecting joints are isolated from the external environment, and corrosion caused by the chemical reaction between the connecting joints and moisture and oxygen in the environment is avoided; and meanwhile, after the concrete is poured, the wall surface is thickened through the concrete and the waterproof resin plate, so thatthe bearing capacity of the steel structure wall surface is effectively improved.
本发明提出一种拼装式承重钢结构厂房施工方法,包括以下步骤:设置钢结构立柱和钢结构支撑筋板;焊接钢构立柱与钢结构支撑筋板;在防水树脂板上设置透气孔;设置防水树脂板从而形成容置空间;刷涂凝胶封闭透气孔;浇筑混凝土;等待混凝土凝固撕掉凝胶膜;在实际实施过程中,通过浇筑混凝土将连接节点包覆混凝土内,使得连接节点与外界环境隔离开来,避免连接节点与环境中的水分及氧气发生化学反应导致锈蚀,同时在浇灌混凝土后,混凝土与防水树脂板使墙面增厚,有效的提高了钢结构墙面的承重能力。
