Construction method of full-fabricated concrete building system
The invention relates to a construction method of a full-fabricated concrete building system. The full-fabricated concrete building system comprises a plurality of components; the components include afoundation, a column body, a wall body, a beam body, a floor slab, a step plate, stairs, a balcony bottom plate and a top plate; every two adjacent components are fixedly connected through a bolt lock connecting structure; each bolt lock connecting structure comprises a locking part and a bolt part which are coaxial and are arranged on the two components respectively; an adjusting part is furtherarranged on the outer side of each bolt part; and in the two components fixedly connected through the bolt lock connecting structure, the bolt part is arranged on one component, the locking part matched with the bolt part is arranged at the corresponding height of the other component, or the locking part is arranged on one component, and the bolt part matched with the locking part is arranged atthe corresponding height of the other component. By means of the construction method, the usage amount of on-site concrete can be greatly reduced, and the assembly rate is increased; and meanwhile, the bolt parts and the locking parts are matched in an inserted mode, so that the effect of plug and play is achieved, the connection quality can be verified on site, and the construction efficiency canbe greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种全装配式混凝土建筑体系的施工方法,包括多个构件;构件包括地基、柱体、墙体、梁体、楼板、踏步板、楼梯、阳台底板以及顶板;相邻两构件之间通过销锁连接结构固定连接;销锁连接结构包括同轴且分置于两构件上的锁合部与插销部;插销部外侧还设置有调节部;通过销锁连接结构固定连接的两个构件上,其中一构件上设置有插销部,另一构件上在对应高度设置有与插销部配合的锁合部,或者其中一构件上设置有锁合部,另一构件上在对应高度设置有与锁合部配合的插销部。通过该施工方法,能够极大地减少现场混凝土的使用量,提高装配率;同时,插销部和锁合部的销锁插接配合,即插即用,现场即可验证连接质量,能够极大地提升施工效率。
