Coarse aggregate for lightweight concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and discloses a coarse aggregate for lightweight concrete, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40.0-90.0 parts of cement, 5.0-50.0 parts of slag powder, 5.0-50.0 parts of silica fume powder, 1.0-5.0 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 0.5-5.0 parts of polypropylene fiber and 3.0-10.0 parts of water. When being applied to lightweight concrete, the concrete foaming agent is soft, suitable for mechanical vibration and manual vibration, and beneficial to rapid discharge of bubbles of the concrete, so that thebubbles inside and outside the concrete are reduced, and the compactness of the concrete is improved. The strength of the lightweight concrete with the volume weight of 1,400 kg/m<3>-1,800 kg/m<3> can reach 85 MPa, the phenomenon that the concrete strength retracts does not occur due to the comparison strength of 36 hours, 7 days and 28 days through later steam curing and high-pressure comparison, and the lightweight concrete can be better applied to engineering parts with special requirements. In addition, in the preparation process, the calcining step of common aggregate (such as ceramsite)at present is reduced, and the advantages of environmental protection and energy conservation are achieved; and noise and dust pollution are low during production.
本发明属于混凝土技术领域,公开了一种用于轻质混凝土的粗骨料,包括如下质量份的组分:40.0‑90.0份的水泥、5.0‑50.0份的矿渣粉、5.0‑50.0份的硅灰粉、1.0‑5.0份的聚羧酸减水剂、0.5‑5.0份的聚丙烯纤维和3.0‑10.0份的水。将其应用在轻质混凝土中,比较柔软,适合机械振捣和人工振捣,有利于混凝土的气泡快速排出,进而减少混凝土内部和外表的气泡产生,提高混凝土的密实性。能够实现容重在1400kg/m3‑1800kg/m3的轻质混凝土强度达到85MPa,且通过后期蒸养和高压对比36小时,7d、28d的对比强度没有出现混凝土强度回缩的现象,能更好地应用在有特殊要求的工程部位。另外,在制备过程中,减少了目前普通常用骨料(例如陶粒)的煅烧步骤,具有环保节能的优势;生产时噪音和粉尘污染均小。
