Lightweight aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete materials, and discloses lightweight aggregate concrete which is prepared from cement, lightweight aggregate, an admixture, a dispersing agent, a thickening agent, a water reducing agent and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding water to soak the fly ash ceramsite and the clay ceramsite to obtain a pre-wetted aggregate, adding the cement and the desulfurized gypsum powder into the water, and mixing to obtain a cementing material; s2, putting the pre-wetted aggregate, machine-made sand and natural river sand into a jet mill for high-speed impact, and drying to obtain mixed aggregate; s3, adding a dispersing agent, a thickening agent, an admixture and an inactive admixture into the mixed aggregate prepared in the step S2, and stirring in a high-speed stirring section to obtain a uniformly mixed material; s4, adding a cementing material and a reducing agent into the homogenized material, and uniformly mixing to obtain a lightweight aggregate concrete finished product, the lightweight aggregate concrete can prevent the lightweight aggregate from floating upwards, improve the workability of a mixture, and improve the strength performance of the concrete.
