Pile foundation burying depth determination method based on BIM technology
The invention provides a BIM technology-based pile foundation penetration depth determination method. The method comprises the steps of arranging three-dimensional coordinate information of each exploration point of a bearing stratum interface into a csv file; generating a curved surface in Civil 3d, defining the curved surface by using the *.csv file obtained in the step A, generating a three-dimensional geologic model taking a supporting layer interface as an upper surface by applying a command of 'extracting from the curved surface', and exporting an ACIS entity, namely a .sat file; inserting the .sat file and the made pile foundation model project file into Revit software, and integrating a pile foundation and a supporting layer model; counting the length of each pile after the pile end is integrated to the surface of the supporting layer to generate a pile foundation detail list; and obtaining the buried depth of each pile on the basis of the length of the pile in the pile foundation detail list and the depth of the pile tip entering the supporting layer in the design file. The method is convenient and rapid, only simple mouse and keyboard operation is needed, complex programming learning is not needed, general construction site technicians can learn rapidly, and the method has generalizability in a project site.
本发明提供了一种基于BIM技术的桩基入土深度确定方法,包括:将持力层界面各勘探点的三维坐标信息整理成csv文件;在Civil 3d中生成曲面,以步骤A得到的*.csv文件来定义该曲面,并应用“从曲面提取”命令,生成以持力层界面为上表面的三维地质模型,导出ACIS实体,即.sat文件;将.sat文件和已做好的桩基模型项目文件插入Revit软件,整合桩基和持力层模型;统计桩端整合到持力层表面后各桩的长度,生成“桩基明细表”;以“桩基明细表”中桩的长度为基础,加上设计文件中对桩端进入持力层的深度,即可得出每一根桩的入土深度。此方法方便快捷,仅需简单的鼠标和键盘操作,无需复杂的编程学习,一般的施工现场技术人员都能够快速学会,在项目现场具有可推广性。
