The invention discloses a small watershed water and soil conservation measure configuration method for enhancing multiple ecological service functions. The method comprises the steps that slope position division is performed, specifically, a small watershed is divided according to slope position, and first-stage region division is obtained; gradient division is performed, specifically, at least one primary region division is divided according to the gradient, and second-level region division is obtained; land utilization type division is performed, specifically, the second-level region division is divided according to the land utilization type, and third-level region division is obtained; and a plurality of water and soil conservation measures are configured on the regions divided by the third-level region division. According to the method, proper three levels of division is conducted on the small watershed according to the rule of the ecological service function, water and soil conservation measure configuration is conducted on the basis of the third-level division region, and multiple ecological service functions of the small watershed can be enhanced. The implementation mode of the method is particularly suitable for water and soil loss control and ecological orchard development of small watersheds in southern red soil low hilly regions.
