Modified multi-walled carbon nanotube modified cement-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a modified multi-walled carbon nanotube modified cement-based composite material, which comprises the following components by weight: 24-30 parts of cement, 60-90 parts of riversand, 15-30 parts of siliceous lime, 5-10 parts of reinforced fiber, 3-5 parts of modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 0.5-1.5 parts of a polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent, 1-2 parts of adefoaming agent and 10-15 parts of water. According to the preparation method, hydroxyl and polyamide-amine dendritic polymers are adopted for jointly modifying the multi-walled carbon nanotubes for the first time, so that the properties such as compressive strength and breaking strength can be remarkably improved; the reinforced fibers are uniformly dispersed in the slurry structure so as to be firmly combined with a cement-based material, so that the crack resistance and the excellent impact resistance of the cement-based composite material are improved.
本发明提供一种修饰的多壁碳纳米管改性水泥基复合材料,按照重量份计,包括24‑30份水泥、60‑90份河砂、15‑30份硅石灰、5‑10份增强纤维、3‑5份修饰的多壁碳纳米管、0.5‑1.5份聚羧酸系减水剂、1‑2份消泡剂、10‑15份水。本发明首次采用羟基和聚酰胺‑胺类树枝状高分子共同修饰多壁碳纳米管,可以显著地改善抗压强度、抗折强度等性能;通过增强纤维在浆体结构中均匀分散从而与水泥基料结合牢固,进而提高了水泥基复合材料的抗裂性能和优异的抗冲击性能。
