The construction method of the building roof waterproofing agent with the good waterproofing effect comprises the following steps: preparing three filter screens with the same area as a roof, and respectively marking the filter screens as a filter screen 1, a filter screen 2 and a filter screen 3; spraying a waterproof agent layer on a concrete plate, and immediately paving the filter screen 1 on a waterproof agent layer; spraying a waterproof agent on the upper layer of the filter screen 1, and then immediately paving the filter screen 2 on the upper layer of the waterproof agent; spraying a waterproof agent on the upper layer of the filter screen 2, and then immediately paving the filter screen 3 on the upper layer of the waterproof agent; and spraying the last layer of waterproof agent with the thickness of 13mm on the upper layer of the filter screen 3, and standing until the waterproof agent is solidified. By adopting the construction method, the waterproofness can be effectively improved.
