The invention provides an artificial stone plate which is formed by mixing, pressing and curing raw materials, the raw materials comprise main materials and auxiliary materials, and the main materials comprise, by weight, 20%-85% of particles containing hydroxide or metal oxide, 0%-50% of natural quartz and 5%-25% of resin; and the auxiliary materials comprise a coupling agent and a curing agent, the weight ratio of the coupling agent to the resin is 0.6:100 to 2:100, and the weight ratio of the curing agent to the resin is 0.8:100 to 1.2:100. The invention further provides a preparation method of the artificial stone plate. Natural quartz particles are partially replaced by particles containing hydroxide or metal oxide, it is guaranteed that the performance of the plate reaches the standard, the quality is more stable and easier to control, the decorative effect is better, exploitation of natural quartz is finally reduced, the purposes of making the plate more environmentally friendly and low in cost are achieved, and the prepared plate is more stable in performance, good in decorative effect and suitable for popularization and application. Resources can be saved and environmental protection is facilitated.
本发明提供一种人造石板材，由原料经混合、压制及固化而成，所述原料包括主料和辅料，所述主料按原料总重量比包括含有氢氧化物或金属氧化物的颗粒20％～85％、天然石英0％‑50％、树脂5％～25％；所述辅料包括偶联剂和固化剂，所述偶联剂相对所述树脂的重量比为0.6:100～2:100，所述固化剂相对所述树脂的重量比为0.8:100～1.2:100。本发明还提供一种上述的人造石板材的制备方法。本发明通过含有氢氧化物或金属氧化物的颗粒对天然石英颗粒的部分替代，并保证板材性能达标，质量更加稳定和更易控制，装饰效果更好，最终减少天然石英的开采，起到更环保和低成本的目的，制得的板材性能更加稳定且装饰效果好，可节约资源，有利于环保。
