The invention discloses a waterproof artificial stone plate which is prepared from 60-130 parts of a dry blend, 1-5 parts of a hydrophobic emulsion and water accounting for 10-20% of the mass of the dry blend, and the dry blend is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of cementing powder, 20-40 parts of silt and 20-50 parts of fine aggregate, the hydrophobic emulsion is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 to 30 parts of hexadecyl triethoxy silane, 1 to 65 parts of isobutyl triethoxy silane, 1 to 5 parts of iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and 30 to 60 parts of water. Aiming at the problem that the physical and mechanical properties of a product do not reach the standard when the Yellow River silt is transformed to manufacture a building material, the purposes of improving the strength of the artificial stone slab, reducing the water absorption rate and resisting water are achieved by changing the components and the use amounts of the cementing powder and the hydrophobic emulsion; a large amount of silt in the grit chamber can be consumed, reduction of the silt is facilitated, and land resources are saved.
