The invention provides a polymer for high-impermeability concrete and a preparation method thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 4-methoxybutyl-2-alkene-1-alcohol and a catalyst into a reaction kettle, introducing inert gas for replacement, then heating to 110-115 DEG C, and reacting for 1-1.5 h; cooling to 105 DEG C, introducing a cyclic monomer and a sulfonic acid monomer into the reactor, controlling the pressure to be less than 0.6 MPa, reacting for 2-2.5 hours at the temperature of 100-110 DEG C after the introduction is finished, cooling and discharging to obtain a polyether monomer; preparing a solution A from a reducing agent, an initiator, a chain transfer agent and water, and preparing a solution B from an acid substance and water; heating to 45-50 DEG C, and dropwise adding the solution A and the solution B into the reaction kettle containing the polyether monomer prepared in the step 1; after dropwise adding, reacting for 2-3 hours, and keeping the temperature for 1-1.5 hours; and adding a neutralizer, and supplementing water to the required solid content to obtain the polymer for the high-impermeability concrete.
本发明提供了高抗渗性混凝土用聚合物及其制备方法,制备方法包括:在反应釜中加入4‑甲氧基丁‑2‑烯‑1‑醇和催化剂,通入惰性气体置换,然后升温至110‑115℃反应1‑1.5h;再降温至105℃,向反应器内通入环状单体和磺酸类单体,控制压力小于0.6MPa,通完后于100‑110℃反应2‑2.5h,降温出料,得到聚醚单体;将还原剂、引发剂、链转移剂和水配制成A液,将酸类物质和水配制成B液;升温至45~50℃,将A、B液滴加至容纳有步骤一制备的聚醚单体的反应釜中;滴加完后反应2‑3小时,再保温1‑1.5小时;加入中和剂,并补水至所需固含量,得到高抗渗性混凝土用聚合物。
