The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle storing and taking method. The method comprises the following steps of utilizing a vacant parking space arranged in a hangar of the unmanned aerial vehicle three-dimensional storing and taking equipment and a neutral position generated by a back-and-forth operation position and taking-off and landing position operation of the storing and taking device; ensuring that an aerial carrier device needing to be stored or taken out is moved to the parking space adjacent to the storing and taking device through vertical or horizontal movement operation; ensuring that a telescopic fork of the storing and taking device extends to eject an elastic clamping groove of a locking device to complete storing or taking-out operation of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle three-dimensional storing and taking equipment comprises a cabin body, the cabin body is divided into a plurality of hangars arranged in an array mode, and each hangar comprises a lifting device, a transverse moving device, the aerial carrier device and the storing and taking device. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle storing and taking method and the three-dimensional storing and taking equipment thereof, a brand-new taking and placing mode is adopted, so that the storing and taking device only occupies one parking space, a public moving channel is omitted, the structure is compact, the space utilization rate is high, and rapid warehouse-out and warehouse-in of the unmanned aerial vehicle at any parking space are achieved.
