Corrosion-resistant recycled concrete and production process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses a corrosion-resistant recycled concrete and a production process thereof. The corrosion-resistant recycled concrete is prepared from, by weight, 250 to 300 parts of cement, 600 to 650 parts of sand, 920 to 980 parts of stones, 580 to 630 parts of recycled aggregate, 60 to 70 parts of fly ash, 30 to 40 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 25 to 35 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 20 to 30 parts of reinforced fibers, 8 to 12 parts of a tackifier, 6 to 8 parts of a water reducing agent and 170 to 210 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the step of uniformly stirring the raw materials. As the recycled aggregate is adopted in the recycled concrete system, on one hand, the generation cost of the concrete can be reduced, on the other hand, the recycling of the waste concrete is realized, and the prepared recycled concrete has excellent corrosion resistance.
