The invention relates to the field of recycled concrete production, in particular to recycled concrete and a production process thereof. The production process comprises the following steps of treating aggregate, transporting the aggregate, recycling the aggregate, drying an inclined belt, recycling flushing water, reusing the recycled aggregate, and when the inclined belt finishes work of aggregate transporting, conveying the aggregate with water recovered by a recovery mechanism into a main stirrer by using a screw conveyor; using the flushing water, and conveying the flushing water into the main stirrer; and stirring the aggregate in the main stirrer to form recycled concrete. The process has the effect of conveniently recovering the aggregate adhering to and falling off from the inclined belt, resources are fully utilized, waste is avoided, the process is more environmentally friendly, the proportion of the aggregate entering the main stirrer is more accurate, the production quality of concrete is improved, the situation that the falling aggregate is manually collected in the later period and the inclined belt is manually cleaned is avoided, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, and the labor cost is reduced.
