The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses reinforced recycled concrete and a production process thereof. The reinforced recycled concrete is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-70% of modified aggregate, 15-20% of cement and 8-12% of water, wherein the modified aggregate is prepared by soaking recycled aggregate in nano-modification liquid for 24-72 hours. The production process comprises the following steps: performing impurity removal, crushing and screening on waste concrete and waste bricks to obtain recycled coarse aggregate and recycled fine aggregate, and soaking the recycled coarse aggregate and the recycled fine aggregate in nano-modification liquid respectively to obtain modified coarse aggregate and modified fine aggregate; and weighing the raw materials in proportion, and uniformly mixing the raw materials to obtain the reinforced recycled concrete. The reinforced recycled concrete has enough strength and durability, aggregate in the raw materials is selected from waste concrete and waste bricks, and the utilization rate of building waste is increased.
