The invention discloses a ceramic slurry deflocculating agent and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, the ceramic slurry deflocculating agent comprises the following components by weight: 10-55% of maleic anhydride, 10-55% of sodium allysulfonate and/or sodium methylallylsulfonate, 1-10% of potassium persulfate and/or ammonium persulfate, and 30-70% of water. The ceramic slurry deflocculating agent disclosed by the invention is added into ceramic slurry, so that the water content of the slurry can be greatly reduced, and the fluidity required by injecting the slurry into a mold is met; when being added into the glaze, the additive can improve the flowability of the glaze, so that the viscosity of the glaze is proper under the condition of low water content, the glaze shrinkage phenomenon is avoided, the quality of a ceramic product is improved, the drying energy consumption is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; and the ceramic slurry deflocculating agent has the advantages of simple components, short preparation time, simple preparation process, no influence on the use effect, great reduction of the production cost, and easy industrial production.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷泥浆解凝剂及其制备方法，涉及高分子材料技术领域，该陶瓷泥浆解凝剂包括以下重量百分比的组分：顺丁烯二酸酐10‑55％、烯丙基磺酸钠和/或甲基烯丙基磺酸钠10‑55％、过硫酸钾和/或过硫酸铵1‑10％、水30‑70％。本发明的陶瓷泥浆解凝剂加入陶瓷泥浆中，可以使泥浆的含水量大幅度减少，且满足泥浆注入模具所需的流动性；加入釉料中，可改善釉料的流动性，使其在含水量低的情况下，粘度适当，避免出现缩釉现象，提高了陶瓷产品质量，降低干燥能耗，提高了生产效率；本发明的陶瓷泥浆解凝剂采用的组分简单，制备时间短，制备过程简单，不仅不影响其使用效果，而且大大降低了生产成本，易于工业生产。
