Concrete deflocculating agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a concrete anti-flocculating agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The concrete anti-flocculating agent is prepared from the following raw materials: 5 to 10 parts of polymer solution containing nano titanium dioxide, 20 to 30 parts of peroxide, 1 to 5 parts of retarding component and 60 to 95 parts of solvent. According to the anti-flocculating agent disclosed by the invention, on one hand, anionic polyacrylamide in a polymer containing nano titanium dioxide is used for adsorption, nano TiO2 reacts with water, oxygen in air, peroxides and other substances under light irradiation, and free radicals with extremely high oxidation capacity are generated near the anionic polyacrylamide, so that polyacrylamide in concrete is rapidly degraded; on the other hand, a proper amount of retarding substance is added and complexed with metal ions such as Al < 3 + > and Fe < 3 + > generated by a flocculating agent polymerization chlorinated metal compound, so that rapid hydration of the cement is prevented, and the flowability and plasticity retaining property of the concrete are improved. When the deflocculating agent is used in concrete, the problems that the concrete with the flocculating agent is high in viscosity, rapid in time loss and the like can be solved.
