According to the breaking method, a pre-machined isolation sleeve (foam pipe) is directly sleeved with a main reinforcement of a reinforcement cage within the range of an invalid pile head, concrete and the main reinforcement of the invalid pile head are not bonded, and the purpose of integrally and rapidly chiseling away the invalid pile head is achieved; and by arranging an isolation assembly, a transition plane with a certain height is formed between the invalid pile head and an effective pile body, holes are formed in the periphery of the pile head, the steps of annularly cutting seams and drilling holes through an instrument are omitted, and the process of generating a fracture surface between the invalid pile head and the effective pile body is more convenient and faster.
