Meanwhile, the problem that the authenticity of the patterns is poor is solved in a hot injection mode.
本发明公开了一种复合地板的制作工艺,属于复合地板技术领域。其采用PU硬泡基材以及TPU透明保护层的设置,基材与透明保护层之间热注的方式利用材料本身的自带的粘性进行贴合;同时借助基材上设置的3D树皮纹路的不平整来增大接触面积,解决了上述问题中工艺繁琐的问题,同时使得接触更加稳定。同时利用热注的方式,解决了上述问题中图案真实性较差的问题。
