The invention relates to a composite floor and a manufacturing process thereof. The composite floor is formed by compounding a veneer layer, a glass fiber net layer, an eucalyptus layer, a pine layerand a backboard layer. The composite floor provided by the invention is reasonable in structure design and is formed by compounding multiple layers of boards, and the glass fiber net layer is added compared with an existing wood board, so that the tensile strengths in the longitudinal direction and the horizontal direction of the floor are improved; a kraft twine penetrates through the middle of the pine layer so as to be prevented from rolling up; and in conclusion, the composite floor is terrestrial heat resistant, anti-cracking and good in stability as a whole.
本发明涉及一种复合地板及其制作工艺,该复合地板由木皮层、玻纤网层、桉木层、松木层及背板层复合而成。本发明结构设计合理,有多层板复合而成,与现有的木板相比,增加了玻纤网层,提升了地板的纵向和横向的拉伸力,在松木板层,中间穿牛皮纸绳,防止木板层卷起,综上所述的复合木板,总体抗地热,防开裂,稳定性好。
