The interior of the plate is protected mainly through the waterproof layer and the paint layer, loss of moisture of a base material is reduced to a certain extent, and therefore cracking of the plate is reduced, the exterior of the plate is protected through the anti-aging coating, and the paint layer is located in the anti-aging coating, so that the brown color of the paint layer caused by long-time use is reduced to a certain extent, the service life of the plate is prolonged, and the application range of the plate is widened.
