Dust removal and desulfurization integrated silicon nitride porous ceramic and preparation method thereof
In order to solve the problem that the production cost is increased due to multi-step operation of desulfurization and dust removal in the prior art, the invention provides a dust removal and desulfurization integrated silicon nitride porous ceramic and a preparation method thereof. A desulfurization catalyst is loaded on the surface of porous ceramic in a dipping or spraying mode; the reaction raw materials comprise, by mass, 100 parts of rice husks, 10-20 parts of silicon nitride, 14-20 parts of a sintering aid, 1-10 parts of a pore forming agent and 6-10 parts of low-temperature molten glass powder; wherein the rice husks are soaked in diluted hydrochloric acid with the volume fraction of 8-12% for 20-50 days, and are boiled in diluted hydrochloric acid with the volume fraction of 8-12% for 10-30 minutes, then are cooled to room temperature and boiled again, and the steps are repeated for 3-5 times and finally the rice husks are dried.
