The invention discloses a protection system of a jet printing actuator and an outer wall jet printing robot. The jet printing actuator comprises a jet printing emitting face facing the working face in the working state, the jet printing emitting face comprises a jet printing emitting area provided with a jet printing emitting opening, the protection system comprises a material collecting groove, the material collecting groove extends to at least part of the edge of the jet printing emitting area, a negative pressure connector is arranged in the material collecting groove, and the negative pressure connector is connected with the jet printing emitting area. The negative pressure interface is used for connecting a negative pressure source. According to the protection system of the jet printing actuator, when the jet printing actuator is in the maintenance state, the jet printing materials in the jet printing actuator need to be extruded, so that the jet printing materials extruded by the jet printing actuator can flow into the material collecting tank, the negative pressure connector is arranged in the material collecting tank and can be connected with the negative pressure source, and the negative pressure source is connected with the jet printing actuator. Therefore, the jet printing materials in the material collecting tank are recycled. And by arranging the material collecting tank and the negative pressure interface, the jet printing material extruded by the jet printing actuator during maintenance can be prevented from polluting other areas.
