Upper and lower well channel for constructing ultra-deep vertical shaft by reverse construction method and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an upper and lower well channel for constructing an ultra-deep vertical shaft by a reverse construction method and a construction method thereof. The upper and lower well channel comprises a cantilever frame arranged at the top of the ultra-deep vertical shaft, a wall connecting bracket arranged on the side surface of an inner lining wall of the ultra-deep vertical shaft, and a plurality of box type ladder cages connected up and down; the box type ladder cages are communicated up and down to form a channel for going to and fro between the ground and the bottom of the shaft, so that the construction of the ultra-deep vertical shaft is more convenient; the box type ladder cages are fixedly arranged on a triangular bracket of the wall connecting bracket, and the tops of the box type ladder cages are fixedly connected to the cantilever frame; and each box type ladder cage is very stable and safe, so that the safety of the whole upper and lower well channel is guaranteed. The construction method of the upper and lower well channel is gradually constructed along with the construction of a coping beam and the inner lining wall; in the construction process of the ultra-deep vertical shaft, the upper and lower well channel can be used; and after the final construction is finished, in the subsequent descending installation process of a shield tunneling machine and the later shield construction process, the upper and lower well channel can also be used, so that more convenience is provided for the whole project.
本发明公开了一种逆作法施工超深竖井的上下井通道及其搭建方法,该上下井通道包括设置在超深竖井顶部的悬梁框架、设置在超深竖井内衬墙侧面上的连墙托架以及多个上下相接的箱式梯笼,箱式梯笼上下连通形成往来地面和井底的通道,使得超深竖井的施工更加方便,而箱式梯笼固定设置在连墙托架的三角支架上,且顶部固定连接到悬梁框架,各箱式梯笼十分稳固安全,整个上下井通道的安全得到保障。该上下井通道的搭建方法是随着压顶梁和内衬墙的施工而逐步搭建的,在超深竖井施工过程中,上下井通道能够使用,而在最终施工完毕后,后续盾构机下井安装过程中,以及后期盾构施工过程中,该上下井通道也能够使用,为整个工程提供很多便利。
