Underwater low-water-bleeding concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses underwater low-water-bleeding concrete and a preparation method thereof. The underwater low-water-bleeding concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 370 to 420 parts of cement, 650 to 700 parts of sand, 1060 to 1100 parts of stones, 40 to 55 parts of fly ash, 140 to 190 parts of water, 60 to 80 parts of mineral powder, 5 to 10 parts of a flocculating agent, 10 to 15 parts of a water reducing agent and 18 to 30 parts of an anti-dispersing agent. The anti-dispersing agent comprises an early strength agent, a tackifier and silica fume in a mass ratio of 1: (2-3): (1-2); the tackifier comprises betaine, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and 4-tributyl methyl ammonium bromide; the early strength agent comprises potassium bromide, sodium 2,2'-dithiodibenzoate and sodium cinnamate. The underwater low-water-bleeding concrete has the advantages of being small in bleeding rate, high in underwater cohesiveness, not prone to dispersion and capable of effectively preventing algae plants from growing.
