The invention discloses a process for grinding cement by using waste liquid generated in preparation of cyclohexanone from cyclohexane. The process comprises the following steps: feeding Portland cement clinker into a roller press for preliminary crushing, controlling the gap of the roller press to be 10-15mm, and then feeding the Portland cement clinker into a disc mill for grinding, controlling the spacing of a grinding disc of the disc mill to be 0.5-2mm, so as to obtain pretreated Portland cement clinker; adding the pretreated Portland cement clinker into a ball mill, adding basalt and a grinding aid material, and grinding to obtain a premix; the grinding aid material is prepared from the waste liquid of cyclohexanone prepared from cyclohexane, diethylene glycol, diethanol amine, sodium hexametaphosphate and a reinforcing agent. The advantage of high crushing efficiency is fully exerted, the surface area of the product is larger than 510 m < 2 >/kg, the micro-aggregate effect, the acceleration effect and the activation effect can be easily generated, the mechanical property of cement is improved, meanwhile, the grinding efficiency is high, and energy consumption is low.
本发明公开了一种将环己烷制环己酮废液用于水泥粉磨的工艺,包括如下步骤:将硅酸盐水泥熟料送入至辊压机中进行初步破碎,辊压机间隙为10‑15mm,然后送入至圆盘磨进行研磨,圆盘磨磨盘的间距为0.5‑2mm,得到预处理硅酸盐水泥熟料;将预处理硅酸盐水泥熟料加入至球磨机中,加入玄武岩、助磨物质粉磨,得到预混料;助磨物质的原料包括:环己烷制环己酮废液、二乙二醇、二乙醇胺、六偏磷酸钠、增强剂。本发明充分的发挥破碎效率高的优势,且产物表面积大于510m2/kg,不仅有助于产生微集料效应、加速效应和活化效应,从而提高水泥的力学性能,同时可粉磨效率高,且耗能低。
