The grinding aid comprises a base, a plurality of supporting columns, a first waste liquid pipe, a first conveying pump and a second waste liquid pipe, the supporting columns are installed at the four corners of the bottom of the base, the first conveying pump is installed at the bottom of the base, and the second conveying pump is installed at the bottom of the base. A cyclohexanone preparation structure is arranged on one side of the top of the base, a grinding aid preparation structure is arranged on the other side of the top of the base, one end of the first waste liquid pipe is connected with the cyclohexanone preparation structure, one end of the second waste liquid pipe is connected with the first conveying pump, and the other end of the second waste liquid pipe is connected with the grinding aid preparation structure; compared with the prior art, the method has the beneficial effects that 1, during preparation of cyclohexanone from cyclohexane, the generated waste liquid is collected, and the waste liquid is processed again, so that the waste liquid is processed into the cement raw material grinding aid, the cost can be saved, and meanwhile, environmental pollution can be prevented; and 2, an integrated structure is adopted, and the grinding aid can be synchronously produced while cyclohexanone is prepared.
本发明公开了环已烷制环已酮过程中产生废液制备水泥生料的助磨剂,包括基座、若干支撑柱、第一废液管、第一输送泵以及第二废液管,若干支撑柱安装于基座底部四角部分,第一输送泵安装于基座底部,基座顶部一侧设置有环已酮制备结构,基座顶部另一侧设置有助磨剂制备结构,第一废液管一端与环已酮制备结构连接,第二废液管一端与第一输送泵连接,另一端与助磨剂制备结构连接;本发明的有益效果是,1、在环已烷制备环已酮,对产生的废液进行收集,并将废液进行再次加工,使废液加工成水泥生料的助磨剂,进而可以对成本进行节约,同时,可以预防环境污染;2、采用集成式结构,在对环已酮制备的同时,可以对助磨剂进行同步生产。
