The invention relates to a measurement and control station fixed in a vibration table foundation structure and a construction method. The vibration table foundation structure is arranged in a foundation pit and comprises a core area and an external non-core area, multiple sets of first embedded parts and second embedded parts are embedded in the core area, the embedding height of the second embedded parts is larger than that of the first embedded parts, an external structure is arranged in the non-core area, and the top elevation of the external structure is higher than that of the second embedded part; the measurement and control station comprises two measurement and control piles arranged along the horizontal center line of the core area, cast-in-place piles are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the two measurement and control piles, in the foundation pit, the bottoms of the cast-in-place piles are deeply buried below the bottom face of the foundation pit, the tops of the cast-in-place piles extend out of the bottom face of the foundation pit and are fixed to the bottoms of the corresponding measurement and control piles, and a first measurement and control assembly and a second measurement and control assembly which are used for measuring the embedding position of the first embedded part and/or the second embedded part are arranged on the tops of the two measurement and control piles correspondingly. The measurement and control station is stable and firm in structure, can accurately position all embedded parts constructed in the same period, does not need to transfer the station, and is high in measurement and control efficiency and short in construction period.
