The construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, construction preparation; step 2, constructing a first-layer foundation structure; 3, horizontal and vertical actuator connecting piece modules enter the field for acceptance; 4, mounting, debugging and fixing the vertical actuator connecting piece module; 5, constructing a second-layer foundation structure; step 6, constructing a third-layer foundation structure; 7, installing, debugging and fixing the horizontal actuator connecting piece module; and step 8, constructing a fourth-layer foundation structure. Layered construction of the mass concrete foundation is adopted, vertical actuator connecting piece and horizontal actuator connecting piece module assemblies are transported to the site to be assembled, overall debugging and mounting are conducted, and the problem that mass concrete is prone to cracking is solved.
