Cement mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides cement mortar as well as a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the field of comprehensive recycling of waste aerated concrete. Aiming at the activation problem of the waste aerated concrete, potential activity of the waste aerated concrete can be well stimulated by means of calcining and grinding, the waste aerated concrete is used for replacing a part of a cementing material (cement clinker), the purposes of protecting the environment and saving resources are achieved, and results show that when a mass ratio of the regenerated micro powder to the cement clinker is 3: 7, the 28-day compressive strength and breaking strength difference between cement mortar doped with the regenerated micropowder and cement mortar not doped with the regenerated micropowder is smaller than 10%, and the requirement of the cement mortar for the strength of the cement doped with the regenerated micropowder as a cementing material is met.
本发明提供了一种水泥砂浆及其制备方法和应用,属于废弃加气混凝土的综合再生利用领域。针对废弃加气混凝土的活化问题,通过煅烧、研磨的方式,能较好的激发废弃加气混凝土的潜在活性,用于替代部分胶凝材料(水泥熟料),达到保护环境,节约资源的目的,且结果表明,当再生微粉与水泥熟料的质量比为3:7时,掺再生微粉的水泥砂浆与不掺再生微粉水泥砂浆的28天抗压强度和抗折强度差异小于10%,满足了水泥砂浆对掺再生微粉水泥作为胶凝材料的强度的要求。
