The invention discloses a prefabricated plate erecting system for highway traffic bridge construction and a using method of the system. The prefabricated plate erecting system comprises a movable supporting mechanism, a lifting erecting mechanism is slidably inserted into the movable supporting mechanism, and the lifting erecting mechanism comprises an auxiliary moving device, a fixed lifting device and a fixed clamping device; the auxiliary moving device is fixedly connected to the top end of the fixed lifting device, the fixed clamping device is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the fixed lifting device, the auxiliary moving device comprises a pneumatic limiting device, a movable supporting beam, a limiting threaded hole and auxiliary rolling wheels, the pneumatic limiting device is fixedly installed in the center of the top end of the movable supporting beam, the limiting threaded holes are symmetrically formed in the side ends of the movable supporting beam, and the auxiliary rolling wheels are symmetrically and rotationally connected to the two sides of the interior of the bottom end of the movable supporting beam. Through arrangement of the lifting and erecting mechanism, the prefabricated slabs can be quickly butted and erected.
