According to the device, when the guardrail is impacted by external force of a vehicle, the damaged front rod and the intact rear rod are rotated, switched in position and fixed again, and meanwhile the purposes of warning rear vehicles and conducting auxiliary supporting and fixing on the rear rod again can be achieved.
