High-stability roadbed filler and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of geotechnical engineering, and particularly discloses a high-stability roadbed filler and a preparation method thereof. The roadbed filler comprises the following raw materials by weight: 20 to 30 parts of gravelly soil, 10 to 20 parts of limestone, 40 to 55 parts of fly ash, 10 to 20 parts of yellow stone powder, 4 to 6 parts of an anti-freezing agent, 2 to 4 parts of a reinforcing agent, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of calcium carbonate, 1 to 2 parts of potassium carbonate, and 1 to 2 parts of phosphogypsum, wherein the anti-freezing agent comprises at least one selected from fish collagen powder and glucose. The preparation method of the roadbed filler comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the gravelly soil, the limestone and the fly ash, adding the yellow stone powder and the phosphogypsum, and conducting uniform mixing to obtain a first mixture; uniformly mixing the first mixture with calcium carbonate and potassium carbonate, then jointly mixing the obtained mixture with the anti-freezing agent and the reinforcing agent; and conducting uniform mixing to obtain the roadbed filler. The roadbed filler disclosed by the invention has the advantage of good anti-freezing property.
