A light mullite-spinel hollow sphere sagger casting molding process relates to the field of refractory materials and comprises the following steps: weighing and putting 2-6 parts by weight of Suzhou No.2 mud, 4-6 parts by weight of silica powder, 4-8 parts by weight of [alpha]-alumina powder, 4-6 parts by weight of [alpha]-alumina micro powder, 6-10 parts by weight of calcium aluminate cement, 11-21 parts by weight of fused mullite powder, 3-11 parts by weight of fused corundum powder, 10-20 parts by weight of fused spinel hollow spheres 0.2-1mm, 4-6 parts by weight of 1-3mm of fused spinel hollow spheres, 10-20 parts by weight of 0-1mm of light mullite particles, 10-20 parts by weight of 1-3mm of light mullite particles and 0.2-0.3 part by weight of sodium tripolyphosphate into the stirrer, fully mixing, adding 12-16 parts by weight of water, fully stirring to form slurry with certain fluidity and viscoplasticity, pouring the slurry into a mold, carrying out casting molding, demolding, and taking out a product; and putting the product into a drying kiln to be dried, wherein the manufactured saggar is light in weight and long in service life, the investment cost of a production line can be greatly reduced through the pouring technology, and the cost performance is higher.
轻质莫来石‑尖晶石空心球匣钵浇注成型工艺,涉及耐火材料领域,以重量份数计,称取苏州二号泥2‑6份,硅微粉4‑6份,α‑氧化铝粉4‑8份,α‑氧化铝微粉4‑6份,铝酸钙水泥6‑10份,电熔莫来石粉11‑21份,电熔刚玉粉3‑11份,电熔尖晶石空心球0.2‑1mm10‑20份,电熔尖晶石空心球1‑3mm4‑6份,轻质莫来石颗粒0‑1mm10‑20份,轻质莫来石颗粒1‑3mm10‑20份,三聚磷酸钠0.2‑0.3份,放入搅拌机中充分混合,加水12‑16份,经充分搅拌后形成有一定流动性粘塑性的浆体,然后将浆体倒入模具内浇注成型,脱模取出制品,将其装入干燥窑中烘干,制得的匣钵重量轻、产品使用寿命长,浇注工艺可大幅度降低生产线投资费用,性价比更高。
