The invention discloses a crop straw wallboard and a manufacturing process thereof. The crop straw wallboard comprises an inner core, a net cage and reinforcing rods, the inner core is filled in the net cage, the multiple columns of reinforcing rods are inserted in the inner core, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the reinforcing rods are fixed to the net cage. The inner core is composed of a plurality of layers of straw curtains, and the straw curtains are arranged in a staggered mode according to the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of straw. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps that step 1, the crop straws are naturally air-dried; step 2, uniform drying is carried out; step 3, the straws are weaved into the straw curtains; step 4, arranging is sequentially and repeatedly carried out in a staggered mode until the designed layer number is reached; step 5, a steel wire mesh is positioned and arranged on the top face of the straw curtain core layer; step 6, the steel wire mesh is pressed so that the straw curtain layers can be evenly compacted; step 7, a closed net cage is formed; step 8, a threaded rod higher than the top face of the net cage is cut off; and step 9, a protective layer is coated.
