Construction method of lock port steel pipe pile cofferdam
The invention relates to a construction method of a lock port steel pipe pile cofferdam. The construction method comprises the steps of pouring bottom sealing concrete at the bottom of the steel pipe pile cofferdam; embedding the end part of a positioning framework in the bottom sealing concrete; after the bottom sealing concrete is solidified, pumping water into the cofferdam to a preset water head difference; and mounting a counterweight module in the positioning framework through hoisting equipment, and pumping water in the cofferdam to the top surface of bottom sealing concrete. The counterweight module is mounted and dismounted through the hoisting equipment, equipment used in the cofferdam counterweight construction process is reduced, the hoisting operation is simpler, the dismounted counterweight module can be recycled, the utilization rate of the counterweight module is improved, the counterweight module can be poured by using excessive materials on the construction site, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. After the cofferdam steel pipe piles are removed, the steps of removing the steel pipe piles are reduced since the cofferdam steel pipe piles are not filled with other materials, meanwhile, the steel pipe piles can be turned over, and the utilization rate of the steel pipe piles is improved.
本发明涉及一种锁口钢管桩围堰的施工方法,包括:在钢管桩围堰底部浇筑封底混凝土;在所述封底混凝土中预埋定位骨架的端部;所述封底混凝土凝固后,对所述围堰内抽水至预设水头差;通过吊装设备将所述配重模块安装到所述定位骨架内,对所述围堰内抽水至封底混凝土顶面。配重模块采用吊装设备进行安装和拆卸,减少了围堰配重施工过程中所采用的设备,吊装操作更为简单,拆卸后的配重模块可以循环利用,提高了配重模块的利用率,且配重模块可采用施工现场多余物料进行浇筑,降低了制作成本。围堰钢管桩拆除之后,由于其内部未填充其他物料,进而减少了钢管桩清除的步骤,同时钢管桩还能进行周转,提高了钢管桩的利用率。
